I check that life-saving gear is ready and accessible, staff are briefed on safety procedures, lighting & railings onboard are secure and every guest is informed about emergency protocols. I also pay attention to guest comfort managing shade or cover, monitoring weather, ensuring seating is clean & helping with any special requests like mobility-friendly access.
