Hello, I am Prakash Customer Relations & Experience Lead at Visit Dhow Cruise Dubai for the Musandam and Dibba tours. Booking inquiries, customizing itineraries, pre-trip issue resolution and ensuring guests feel important as well as prepared are my focus. I offer advice about packing, when to see the dolphins, snorkeling safety and local customs.
